By commissioning me, you're stating that you've read, understood, and agree to the following TOSGeneral
✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission request at my discretion
✦ Commissions are to only be used for their discussed purpose, commercial or Business use without prior arrangement and compensation is not permitted
✦ Please credit me when using the art I've created for you
✦ Do not sell, steal, trace, or heavily reference my art without consent
✦ I do not consent to my art being used in AI
✦ Discount on comm if you let me post it to my socialsPayment
✦ All prices are listed in USD
✦ Payment will be done via PayPal invoice
✦ I do not offer refunds
✦ You can choose to either pay 100% after basic sketch approval, or 50% deposit after sketch approval, with the other 50% due before final product is sent over (deposit is non-refundable)
✦ All commission rates are starting prices. Certain add-ons and characters with more complex designs will incur additional chargesProcess
✦ I'll send a sketch for approval and wips upon request
✦ Commission turn-around time should be about 1-2 weeks
✦ If I expect delays (may it be complexity or my schedule), I will contact you
✦ Communication/Updates will be done through email
